Our story

From a repair shop in Romania to a partner you can build on.

It started in 2012 with Clinica GSM, a mobile-device repair business built on one belief: that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. As robots and smart appliances entered Romanian homes, that workshop grew into Clinica Robotilor, and then into Robot Clinic, the brand manufacturers partner with today.

We are an authorized service partner for leading brands, including Dreame and MOVA. From our center in Romania we diagnose, repair and return robot vacuums, garden and window robots, and smart appliances, end to end, under each brand’s standards.

But repair is the means, not the goal. We repair devices so we can train professionals. Every case that comes through our workshop is also a chance for a young technician to learn a real trade from someone who has already mastered it.

The apprenticeship

Every technician is trained by a mentor, and becomes one

A six-month, paid apprenticeship. No prior experience required, only the will to learn.

Learn

A young person joins with no experience. For six months they train hands-on, paid, beside an experienced technician.

Master

They practise on real out-of-warranty repairs under a mentor’s eye, until the standard is not a checklist but a habit. Warranty units are never a training ground.

Certify

On completion they earn a verifiable Robot Clinic certificate - and only then do they handle warranty work. The first one, CR-2026-0001, is issued; our goal is a thousand certified within ten years.

Mentor

The graduate becomes the mentor for the next. A chain that does not break, and, for you, a team that renews itself.
